A planned maintenance will take place in the EU region. During the maintenance there will be an impact to Managed File Transfer (MFT) services. The duration of actual impact is expected to be 2 hours in this maintenance window. Other regions and services will not be impacted by this scheduled maintenance During this maintenance window: - The MFT (file transfer/file share) service will be temporarily unavailable - Merchants may experience limited access to settlement reports and related files - No impact is expected on payments or checkout functionality Merchants using file transfer services (e.g. reports, settlements) may be impacted during this time If possible, we recommend downloading any required reports before the maintenance window.
